Is This Denim RFQ Right for You?

This RFQ page is for buyers who already have, or are planning, a real denim jeans program. It is not for one-off sample orders with no clear plan.

I support three main types of clients:

  • Emerging brands that have confirmed demand and are moving from tiny workshops to proper factories.
  • Established brands and retailers that want to shift part of their denim sourcing from other countries to Bangladesh.
  • Importers and wholesalers that need stable FOB, predictable lead times and a reliable partner on the ground in Bangladesh.

If you are at an early stage and do not have final quantities yet, you can still submit this RFQ. Be honest about your situation so I can advise you correctly.

What We Can Make with Our Denim Partners

Through Bangladesh denim factories and washing units, we support a wide range of men’s and women’s bottoms. Exact fits, fabrics and washes depend on the factory we match you with, but in general we can support:

Fits & silhouettes

  • Classic 5-pocket jeans – straight, slim, skinny, relaxed, wide
  • Mom and boyfriend fits, flares and bootcut
  •  Denim shorts, skirts and cropped trousers
  • Chinos and casual woven bottoms with denim-like looks

Fabrics & weights

  • Rigid denim and comfort stretch
  • Power-stretch for women’s skinny fits
  • Typical weights from 10–14 oz for jeans, lighter for fashion bottoms
  • Options for organic, BCI or recycled cotton depending on mill and factory

Washes & finishes

  • Light, mid and dark stonewash
  • Vintage and worn-in looks
  • Clean dark rinses
  • Whiskers, scraping and mild distressing
  • Selected factories with laser, ozone and eco-wash capabilities

MOQ, Lead Time & Price – What’s Realistic

MOQ and pricing in denim depend heavily on fabric, wash and style complexity. Use these numbers as guidance, not fixed promises.

  • For core 5-pocket jeans, many factories are comfortable from around 1000–1,500 pcs per color.
  • For more complex or heavy-wash styles, 1,500–2,000+ pcs per colour is more realistic.
  • Smaller test runs (for example 50–300 pcs per colour) can sometimes be arranged when there is a clear plan to scale up.

Lead time (approximate):

  • Development and sampling: 3–6 weeks, depending on how ready your tech packs and references are.
  • Bulk production: usually 75–90 days from fabric booking and approvals, depending on wash load and fabric source.

In the RFQ form, share your target FOB range, your required delivery timing and how flexible you are on wash or trims. I will tell you honestly whether Bangladesh is a good fit for this program and which route makes sense.

How Your Denim RFQ Works with Antor

You are not sending a blind RFQ into a random factory inbox. You are working with a sourcing strategist based in Bangladesh who talks to both buyers and factories every week.

1
Step 1 – Share your denim program details

Fill in the RFQ form with styles, quantities, target FOB, timing and links to reference images or tech packs if you have them.

2
Step 2 – Feasibility check and follow-up questions

Within one to two business days I review your RFQ and come back with clarification questions so we do not waste anyone’s time.

3
Step 3 – Factory short-list and ballpark pricing

Based on your needs, I match you with suitable Bangladesh denim factories and washing units and share a realistic price and MOQ range, not generic catalogue numbers.

4
Step 4 – Decide next steps together

From there we can move to sampling, factory visit (virtual or physical) or pilot order planning, depending on your priorities and timelines.

Start Your Denim RFQ

Share a few details about your brand, target market, quantities and timeline. I will personally review your enquiry and come back with whether I am the right fit to help – and what a realistic first step could look like for your denim jeans program from Bangladesh.

Your enquiry is confidential. You will not be added to any random mailing list or spammed with offers.

If you need to send tech packs, sketches or large files, you can also email them to antor@antor.xyz with the subject line: Denim RFQ.

Frequently asked questions about private-label denim jeans

Do you offer ready stock, or only made-to-order?

I work only with made-to-order denim programs. Your jeans are produced specifically for your brand under your label, based on your tech packs or agreed specifications. I do not deal in leftover stock, cancelled orders or random “grey” inventory.

Yes – as long as you are serious about your denim program and willing to put in a bit of work with me. At minimum I need:

  • A clear idea of your target customer and price level.
  • Reference garments or images for fits and washes.
  • Basic measurements and construction expectations.

If you are early, we can start with a simple brief and move step by step toward a production-ready specification before bulk.

Most denim programs I support are from around 800–2,000 pcs per colour, depending on style and wash. Smaller test runs from around 50–300 pcs per colour can sometimes be arranged when:

  • The brand is serious and already selling product.
  • There is a realistic path to scale if the pilot works.
  • Price expectations match the MOQ and wash complexity.

If Bangladesh is not a good fit for your quantity and target price, I will say that clearly instead of forcing a bad program.

The factories I work with ship mainly to Europe, the UK and the US, plus some other international markets. If your market has specific regulations or testing requirements, we can factor that in at the brief stage.

Yes, where it makes sense for the product and budget. Access to organic, BCI or recycled denim and more responsible washes (laser, ozone, e-flow, etc.) depends on your quantities, lead time and price level. We should discuss this clearly at the brief stage because it affects sourcing routes and costing.

That is completely fine. Many buyers start with a feasibility discussion or a pilot-style roadmap. Use the form on this page to explain where you are in your planning. If I am a good fit to help, I will suggest a structured next step. If not, I will tell you honestly and, where possible, point you toward a better route.
