These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of antor.xyz (the “Site”) and any information, content or services provided through the Site.

By accessing or using antor.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is the personal and professional website of Antor Hossain, an apparel sourcing & manufacturing strategist based in Bangladesh. He helps fashion brands turn ideas into production by matching them with audited, capability-fit factories in Bangladesh and staying inside the merchandising and production process so every style ships right, on time and on cost. 2. Relationship with Ethnotex Private Limited

Antor Hossain also serves as Director – Merchandising & Marketing at Ethnotex Private Limited, a global apparel buying house and garment manufacturing company based in Bangladesh. Ethnotex Private Limited+1

For most production or full-service sourcing engagements:

  • Formal contracts, purchase orders and invoicing run through Ethnotex Private Limited, not directly through antor.xyz.

  • Ethnotex Private Limited is the legal contracting party responsible for delivering the agreed services or production, under the terms of your separate written agreement with Ethnotex (for example, a service agreement, purchase order, or master supply agreement). Ethnotex Private Limited+1

These Terms apply only to your use of the antor.xyz website and any initial communication that starts through this Site. They do not replace or override:

  • The separate written agreements you sign with Ethnotex Private Limited, or

  • Any contracts between Ethnotex and its own manufacturing or logistics partners.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement with Ethnotex, the signed agreement with Ethnotex will usually govern your production and commercial relationship.

3. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to:

  • Your use of the antor.xyz website and its content

  • Your use of any forms, tools or resources on the Site

  • Any initial contact and information exchange that begins through the Site (for example, a sourcing brief or factory partner application)

They do not govern the sale of garments, production services or logistics themselves. Those are handled separately by Ethnotex Private Limited under its own contracts and policies.

4. Who may use this Site (eligibility)

By using the Site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; and

  • You are using the Site in a business or professional capacity (for example, as a brand, buyer, retailer, factory, supplier or service provider).

The Site is designed for B2B users in the apparel and related industries. If you do not meet these conditions, you should not use the Site.

5. Nature of services promoted on this Site

antor.xyz does not sell garments online and is not an e-commerce site.

Through this Site, Antor:

  • Explains how he works as an independent sourcing & manufacturing strategist in Bangladesh, sitting between global buyers and compliant factories Antor Hossain

  • Describes core services such as sourcing strategy, factory discovery, product development guidance, merchandising & production follow-up, quality and compliance support, and logistics coordination Antor Hossain+1

  • Publishes articles, tools, supplier information and case studies related to Bangladesh ready-made garments (RMG). Antor Hossain+1

When both sides agree that there is a fit to move forward:

  • The commercial engagement is formalised with Ethnotex Private Limited, which may act as your buying house / manufacturing partner and manage production through its own facilities and partner factories. Ethnotex Private Limited+1

  • Details such as price, quality standards, timelines, payment terms and delivery responsibilities are set out in written agreements and purchase orders with Ethnotex, not on this Site.

This Site focuses on strategy, communication and lead generation, not on the full legal framework of production contracts.

6. No guarantees of orders or results

The goal of working with Antor and Ethnotex is to help you build smart, compliant and stable garment programmes from Bangladesh. Antor Hossain+1

However, it is important to be clear:

  • The information and introductions provided through the Site or any initial calls do not guarantee that you will secure any specific order, programme, margin, delivery date or commercial result.

  • Even when you sign a contract with Ethnotex, the actual performance of any factory, mill, testing lab, logistics provider or other third party will depend on many factors.

Nothing on this Site should be understood as a promise that:

  • A particular factory or programme will be approved,

  • Specific margins, lead times or capacity will always be available, or

  • There will be no delays, quality issues, compliance findings or other operational risks.

Your protections, warranties and remedies in relation to production will be defined in your separate written agreement with Ethnotex and any applicable law.

7. Use of the Site and acceptable behaviour

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that is appropriate for a professional environment. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers or connected systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site

  • Use the Site to transmit spam, scams, abusive or defamatory content

  • Copy, scrape or harvest data from the Site in bulk without our prior written permission

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation

We may suspend, restrict or block access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the Site.

8. Content on the Site (no professional advice)

The Site contains content such as articles, tools, case studies, checklists, examples and other resources related to apparel sourcing and manufacturing from Bangladesh. Antor Hossain+1

  • Does not constitute legal, financial, tax, compliance or technical professional advice

9. User submissions and sourcing briefs

If you submit information through a form, email or other channel (for example, a sourcing brief, factory application or general enquiry), you are responsible for what you send. You confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and not misleading to the best of your knowledge

  • You have the right to share that information with us

  • You will not knowingly send confidential information that you are not authorised to disclose

We will treat your sourcing details with reasonable confidentiality and use them only for purposes connected to your enquiry, in line with our Privacy Policy.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the information you submit for:

  • Responding to your enquiry

  • Evaluating sourcing and partnership options

  • Coordinating with Ethnotex and, where appropriate, potential factories, service providers or advisors

10. Third-party factories, partners, links and advertising

Through this Site and through your work with Antor and Ethnotex, you may become aware of:

  • Factories and manufacturers in Bangladesh and other countries

  • Mills, laundries, testing labs, logistics providers and other service partners

  • Third-party tools, platforms or resources

  • Third-party advertising or affiliate links

Key points:

  • We may help you discover, shortlist or connect with such third parties, but we do not own or operate most of them.

  • We do not control their decisions, pricing, quality, timelines, compliance performance or financial stability, except to the extent set out in Ethnotex’s own contracts with them.

  • Any third-party websites you visit from links on this Site have their own terms and privacy policies; your use of those sites is at your own risk.

Advertising and analytics providers (for example, Google AdSense and Google Analytics) may also collect data when you use this Site, as explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Antor Hossain and/or antor.xyz, including:

  • Text, articles, guides, tools, checklists and case studies

  • Layouts, graphics, icons and design elements

  • Logos, brand names and other trademarks used on the Site

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for your own internal business use.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

12. No guarantee of website availability – disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content, tools and resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we:

Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Site and these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

  • The total amount (if any) you have paid directly to us for website-related services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or

  • One hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antor Hossain and any related parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights in connection with your use of the Site

15. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update, modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
