  • Manufacturers who need better merchandising, communication and buyer-facing structure

I protect the buyer’s interests and the factory’s credibility at the same time—that’s the only way to build programs that last.

Detailed services

Here is what my team and I actually do, day to day, to move your product from idea to shipment—with clear ownership at every step.

Product development & tech-pack support

I help translate your design intent into production-ready packages that factories can execute without confusion.

• Review and refine tech packs for clarity and completeness
• Advise on construction, fit, wash and finishing based on factory capability
• Align fabric, trims, accessories and wash direction with cost and lead time
• Coordinate with sampling, R&D and wash tech teams to reduce surprises in bulk

The way you manage samples decides how your bulk will perform.

• Sample request planning and tracking so nothing gets lost
• Fit comments consolidation and clear communication to factories
• Risk flagging on construction, measurement, wash and shrinkage before bulk
• Pre-production (PP) samples and size-set approvals with defined checkpoints

Not every factory is right for every product. I connect you to audited partners that fit your category, price and brand level.

• Shortlist factories based on product type, capacity, MOQs and compliance
• Present clear factory profiles and production histories
• Set expectations on price, quality, lead time and communication from day one
• Support long-term relationships instead of one-off orders

Once bulk starts, my job is to keep your program on track—not just send you occasional updates.

• Build and manage a realistic critical path for each order
• Daily/weekly follow-up with factory merchandising and production teams
• Early escalation when slippage or technical issues appear
• Transparent status reporting so your team is never guessing

Quality is a system, not a last-minute check at the end of the line.

• Inline and final inspections via dedicated QC/QA resources
• Clear reporting with photos, measurements and AQL results
• Root-cause analysis when defects appear and corrective actions
• Coordination of third-party audits where required by your standards

Shipments don’t fail in the vessel; they fail in the paperwork and coordination.

• Align incoterms, documentation and buyer manuals with factory teams
• Coordinate with commercial, logistics and accounts on the factory side
• Monitor cargo-ready dates, bookings and handovers
• Support with exceptions, delays and claims handling where needed

For brands entering or scaling in Bangladesh, I act as your local sourcing strategist—not just an order follower.

• Category and factory mapping for Bangladesh
• MOQ and costing strategy by product and season
• Risk analysis across compliance, capacity, raw materials and macro factors
• Long-term sourcing roadmap and supplier portfolio structure

How a project usually runs

No two brands are identical, but most successful programs in Bangladesh move through these stages. The goal is always the same: clear decisions, realistic timelines and no surprises.

1
Discovery & fit check
We align on your brand, product categories, target price levels, volumes, timelines and compliance requirements. This is where we confirm whether Bangladesh—and my way of working—is the right fit for you.
2
Costing & factory alignment
I shortlist suitable factories, align capacity and lead time, and work through target costing and terms. You get transparency on who is making your product and why they were chosen.
3
Sampling & approvals
Tech packs, samples, fits and PP approvals move through a defined process with clear checkpoints. Risks around fit, measurements, wash and construction are addressed before bulk starts.
4
Bulk production & quality control
Bulk runs under a realistic critical path, with day-to-day follow-up and inline checks. You get honest status updates and early escalation if anything is off-track.
5
Shipment & review
We close the loop with shipment follow-up, documentation checks and a structured review of what worked, what did not and how to improve your next season or program.

How I reduce your sourcing risk

I don’t work as a loose “agent.” I operate inside a structured ecosystem—merchandising, Fashion Design, R&D, QC/QA, fabric and trims sourcing, sampling, commercial, logistics and compliance—so every decision in your program is traceable and defensible.

What you can expect

  • Transparent communication and documented decisions throughout the season

  • Realistic timelines—not promises that collapse once bulk starts

  • Clear escalation when something is off-track

  • Respect for workers and compliance as non-negotiable

  • A partner who protects both brand reputation and factory credibility

What I will not do

  • Push factories that are not capability-fit for your product

  • Hide issues or last-minute surprises

  • Work with non-compliant or high-risk facilities

  • Take hidden commissions that distort your decisions

FAQs about working together

Do you work with small MOQs?

Bangladesh is strongest when we’re running meaningful, repeatable programs and bulk orders—that’s where I add the most value. At the same time, I can support pilot orders and smaller test capsules when there is a serious brand and a realistic path to scale. The exact MOQ depends on product type, fabric, wash and factory, and I’ll be transparent from the first call about what is and isn’t realistic for Bangladesh.

Fees depend on the scope—advisory, a pilot project or ongoing management. For most buyers, we agree a clear structure upfront (flat project fee, monthly retainer or a mix) with no hidden commissions from factories.

My core strength is Bangladesh’s woven, denim and knit apparel manufacturing. For adjacent categories, I’ll only take a project if I’m confident the factory side is strong enough to deliver.

My first responsibility is to ensure the program is healthy for both sides. I do support factories that want to become more buyer-ready, but never at the expense of transparency or compliance.

The earlier, the better. The best outcomes happen when we talk at line-planning or product development stage—not after prices, factories and timelines are already locked.

Ready to talk about your next season or program?

Share a few details about your brand, product and timelines. I’ll review them personally and reply with whether I’m the right partner for you—and what a realistic path could look like.
